-To commit to one year of service in the Growth Group ministry of First Baptist Church (8/09 – 8/10).

-To maintain a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.  This includes regular and consistent time in prayer, Bible study, and personal worship.

-To strive to develop relationships with people who may not know Christ for the purpose of evangelism.

-To be faithful in both Growth Groups and Worship Service attendance at First Baptist.

-To support and carry out the vision of First Baptist’s Growth Group ministry and the Growth Group strategy. 

-To be a team player with other Growth Group leaders and support the leadership of the church staff.

-To fulfill your responsibilities according to the job description provided for your position.

-To follow the literature/curriculum guidelines provided for your age division (Teachers).

-To faithfully attend leadership meetings and other leadership development events planned by the church.

-To regularly practice tithing for the support of Christ’s body, the local church.  (FBC recognizes that giving at least 10% of our gross income is the Biblical standard for giving).

-To maintain a high moral, ethical, and spiritual example for those that you lead and minister to.

-To be willing to be held accountable for these expectations.
