Student Ministry

Here’s the deal, student ministry here at FB Wylie can be boiled down to three things that we are trying to help the next generation understand. If they can get their mind around this, they will take over the world:

1. Love God   If we can convince students that their life is designed to be a lover of God then the rest really falls into place. Our hearts design is simply to Love the one who first loved us.
2. Love People  The natural outflow of a life that loves God is to follow that love by lavishing it on others. Students need to be able to show their world Christ through love.
3. Act Accordingly   Our Goal is not to simply deodorize the lost, but to transform people into disciples. God calls followers, not fakers.

We are working every day to make these truths a reality in our lives. You are invited to share in the journey.

Sunday Mornings

Student Growth Groups Sunday mornings are driven by relationships. Our model of discipleship is to create gender specific, age graded classroom settings to help deal with the very core issues of discipleship. Our goal is to make sure that every student who comes through our ministry will fully engage Scripture and be engaged by the Holy Spirit. Middle School Growth Groups - 9:15AM High School Growth Groups - 10:45AM

Wednesday Nights

Authentic Night's With Students Wednesday Nights are focused around one thing: The Word of God. We teach all of our students practical applications from scripture to help them navigate the turbulent waters of the teenage years. In the end, they will have the tools they need to live for Christ in a way that makes much of Him! Join us every Wednesday Night in the Events Center at 6:30pm.
